Quality of our products is guaranteed based on three important pillars:
- Firstly, quality is controlled at used starting and raw materials and it is subsequently followed by control of single intermediates and production operations up to final product according to required specifications.
- Secondly, all single operations are performed by trained personnel, either operators and technologists working in production, or experienced laboratory technicians working at analytical control, or company representatives providing final agreements that production runs in alignment with all prescribed procedures.
- The third quality pillar is presented in thorough documentation system, starting in definitions of company quality policies which are reflected in standard operational procedures for single systems and processes as well as in manufacturing and quality records.
